Atlanta, GA – Injuries Reported in Car Crash in EB Lanes of Cascade Rd

Atlanta, GA (January 2, 2021) – On the evening of Saturday, January 1, a car crash with injuries occurred in Atlanta.

According to Fulton County Police, the accident happened at 7:56 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Cascade Road, near the I-285 area. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not yet known. It is believed that one of the vehicles lost control, causing a severe accident. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged as a result of the accident.

Several responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

One left turning lane of traffic was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
