Hiram, GA – Injury Accident at Bill Carruth Pkwy & Nebo Rd

Hiram, GA (December 30, 2021) – On Thursday, December 30, an injury accident with confirmed injuries took place at an intersection in Hiram.

Authorities with the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the accident happened at 6:47 p.m. in the evening at the intersection of Bill Carruth Parkway and Nebo Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection and collided with each other. The vehicles sustained severe damages as a result of the collision.

Emergency personnel, including paramedics and fire crews, were sent to the scene of the accident. Multiple injured parties were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their current conditions are not yet known.

Due to the severity of the accident, a portion of the intersection was blocked until police cleared the scene.

The accident is currently under investigation by Paulding County officials. More information will be released as the investigation continues.
